Every build includes post-launch support and a handover walkthrough, so you can see how each piece works before you're running it. Ongoing monitoring lives in the care plan, which is optional and starts at $75 a month: watching for API changes and broken connections, prompt tuning, and small changes when the business changes. If you'd rather take the handover and run the system yourself, that's a normal way to buy this, and the build costs the same either way.
