Do I need to understand AI to work with you?
No. If you can describe what's eating your week, that's enough. We translate business problems into systems. You don't need to know what an LLM is — you need to know what's frustrating you.
How do the four service tiers work?
Reclaim, Scale, Orchestrate, and Compound. Each tier is the same three-pillar system — inbound capture, operations automation, systems integration — at a different depth. Engagements are scoped and quoted on the discovery call so they actually fit your business instead of being templated.
How long does a typical project take?
Tier-dependent. Reclaim ships in 2–4 weeks. Scale is 4–6. Orchestrate is 6–10. Compound takes 10–14. We give you an exact build window in the blueprint phase, before any work starts.
Will this replace my employees?
No. We automate the work nobody wants to do — data entry, follow-ups, reminders, scheduling, intake. Your people get to do the work that actually requires a human.
What if something breaks after launch?
We're on standby. Every project includes post-launch support. Maintenance clients get proactive monitoring, so we catch API changes and connection breaks before you notice. For higher tiers, we commit to same-business-day response on urgent issues.
What tools do you use?
Workflow engines like n8n and Make. Custom serverless API connectors. LLMs from OpenAI and Anthropic. We pick what fits — privacy, latency, cost — and integrate with whatever you already run. We don't force you onto a new platform.
What does it actually cost?
We don't publish pricing because every build is scoped to what your business actually needs. The discovery call tells us what we'd build, and the blueprint phase produces an exact, transparent number before any work starts. No hidden fees, no scope creep.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. Enterprise-grade API connections. Proprietary data is never used to train public language models without explicit, written consent. We design for least-privilege access and encrypted-in-transit by default.
Does my team need technical skills to operate the systems?
No. Workflows run quietly in the background or trigger through interfaces your team already uses (your CRM, your inbox, your calendar). Every implementation includes a hands-on handover and training session.
Are you only working with businesses in Montana?
No. We're based in Missoula and work with operators nationally. Discovery calls are remote. Builds are remote. Most clients are nowhere near Montana.
